So how do I get to O'Brien's Irish Pub?


Public Transportation: O'Brien's Irish Pub is served by The Santa Monica Big Blue Bus line 1 and the Tide Shuttle, as well as MTA buses 33 and 333. You can find schedules and maps at their sites or use the MTA Trip Planner to find a route.

Driving: You can get personalized driving directions with Yahoo! Maps or Mapquest. Otherwise, follow the directions below.

From points east and the valley:
Take I-10 west until exit 1B (Olympic Blvd). Turn left on Lincoln Blvd. After 0.8 miles, turn right on Ocean Park Blvd. Right before the ocean, turn left on Main St. O'Brien's will be on your left, just before Marine Ct.

From points west (i.e. Malibu):
Take the Pacific Coast Highway until the Santa Monica exit on Ocean Ave. Ocean will turn into Neilson Way; continue just a bit more. Take a left on Ocean Park and then an immediate right on Main St. O'Brien's will be on your left in about 0.3 miles.

From points south (like Long Beach):
Take the San Diego freeway (I-405) north to CA-90 west. Turn right on Lincoln Blvd and take it 1/2 mile until you reach Washington Blvd. Take a left on Washington, and then a quarter mile later, a right on Abbot Kinney. Abbot Kinney will end at Main St; take a right. O'Brien's is about 1/2 mile down, on your right.

Parking is available at the lot on the corner of Marine and 2nd, just a block from O'Brien's. The cost is $4.00.
